Where we help

Controls are more useful when engineers can apply and investigate them in their normal workflow. We review trust boundaries, pipeline permissions, dependencies and artifact handling, then add practical checks.

What we deliver

The engagement is scoped around your current environment, dependencies and priorities. Typical deliverables include:

  • Pipeline identity and least-privilege access review
  • Secrets management and rotation workflows
  • Dependency and container image scanning
  • Admission policies, artifact signing and remediation guidance

Tools and integrations

Open Policy Agent, Kyverno, Falco, Trivy, Sigstore, Vault and cloud identity services.

We can integrate with an existing toolchain or evaluate alternatives. Product selection follows the workload, team skills and support requirements.

Verification and handover

Representative policy violations and vulnerable artifacts are tested. Exceptions, remediation owners and operational trade-offs are documented; compliance certification is not implied.

You receive the agreed code and configuration, technical decisions, operating procedures and a walkthrough. Ongoing support is available under a separately agreed scope.

From scope to ownership

Know what success looks like.

Acceptance checks are agreed before implementation, not added at the end.

  1. 01 / Review

    Understand the starting point.

Walk through your architecture, access boundaries, operational constraints and the workflow that needs to improve.

  2. 02 / Validate

    Prove the agreed outcome.

Review the code and configuration, exercise representative workflows, and document risks and remaining work.

  3. 03 / Transfer

    Make ownership practical.

Receive the agreed repository changes, deployment procedures, runbooks and a walkthrough with your team.

Ongoing operations are a separate scope.

Covered systems, maintenance windows, response expectations and escalation ownership are agreed explicitly. Vendor fees and third-party access are discussed before work begins.
