Engineering services

One partner across your production stack.

Build a new foundation, modernize an existing environment, or strengthen day-to-day operations. Each service connects technical implementation to a working production outcome.

Security & Operations

Integrate practical controls for access, secrets and software delivery, then agree how the platform will be maintained after launch.

Start with a review

Architecture assessment, delivery audit or reliability review: identify the highest-value work before committing to a wider implementation.

Discuss your priorities

A practical starting point

Where is the friction?

Releases need too much coordination.

Review the build and deployment path. Identify manual steps, weak checks and missing rollback procedures.

Improve delivery

Infrastructure is hard to reproduce.

Map cloud resources, permissions and configuration. Create a reviewable foundation with infrastructure as code.

Review your foundation

Alerts do not make incidents clearer.

Connect important user journeys to actionable signals, investigation steps and explicit operational ownership.

Strengthen reliability

Built by KubeInfra

The platform behind this site.

Our own production build connects Oracle Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, WordPress and GitHub Actions. Read the architecture, the deployment checks, and the small failures that shaped the implementation.

Working together

A clear scope. A useful handover.

Every engagement starts with your current system, the result you need, and the constraints the implementation has to respect.

  1. 01 / Understand

    Map the system

Review the workload, access, release process and operational friction.

    Output: findings and priorities

Before we talk

A few practical answers.

Have a different question? Send us the context.

Can you improve a platform we already have?

Yes. We start by understanding the existing architecture and the workflows causing friction. That review determines which changes are useful and how to introduce them safely.

Do we need Kubernetes?

It depends on the workload and the team's ability to operate it. We review those constraints first. A simpler hosting model may be the better fit.

What happens during the first conversation?

We discuss the current stack, the problem, your constraints and the result you need. From there we can identify a sensible starting point and the information needed to scope it.

How are cost and timelines agreed?

After understanding the work, we agree deliverables, dependencies, acceptance checks and commercial terms. Changes to the scope are discussed before implementation.

Will our team own the implementation?

Ownership and access are agreed up front. The handover includes the infrastructure or deployment code, relevant configuration documentation, and runbooks for the agreed scope.

How does ongoing support work?

We agree covered systems, maintenance responsibilities, operating hours, response expectations and escalation contacts. Support can include monitoring reviews, patching, deployment assistance and reliability improvements.
