Where we help

A cluster that runs a demo may still lack an upgrade plan, workload standards or a reliable incident path. We assess cluster design, application requirements and operational capacity before changing the platform.

What we deliver

The engagement is scoped around your current environment, dependencies and priorities. Typical deliverables include:

  • Cluster lifecycle and workload migration plans
  • Networking, ingress, storage and autoscaling configuration
  • Access, admission policies and secrets integration
  • Upgrade, backup and troubleshooting runbooks

Tools and integrations

Kubernetes, Helm, containerd, Cilium, Envoy, Istio, cert-manager, KEDA and Velero.

We can integrate with an existing toolchain or evaluate alternatives. Product selection follows the workload, team skills and support requirements.

Verification and handover

Workload health, traffic routing, scaling and the agreed recovery scenarios are checked. Upgrade and rollback decisions are recorded alongside cluster configuration.

You receive the agreed code and configuration, technical decisions, operating procedures and a walkthrough. Ongoing support is available under a separately agreed scope.

From scope to ownership

Know what success looks like.

Acceptance checks are agreed before implementation, not added at the end.

  1. 01 / Review

    Understand the starting point.

Walk through your architecture, access boundaries, operational constraints and the workflow that needs to improve.

  2. 02 / Validate

    Prove the agreed outcome.

Review the code and configuration, exercise representative workflows, and document risks and remaining work.

  3. 03 / Transfer

    Make ownership practical.

Receive the agreed repository changes, deployment procedures, runbooks and a walkthrough with your team.

Ongoing operations are a separate scope.

Covered systems, maintenance windows, response expectations and escalation ownership are agreed explicitly. Vendor fees and third-party access are discussed before work begins.
